Job summary

Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the Coventry RI team. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance areas, supporting current and future RI apartment communities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Must have own tools.
• Must speak conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Handles service requests for repairs and improvements.
• Prepares vacant apartments to market-ready conditions.
• Performs non-technical tasks such as exterior maintenance, cleaning, painting, and caulking.
• Maintains interior/exterior and common areas of apartment communities; cleans driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpsters and hallways.
• Participates in on-call emergency maintenance rotation.
• Shovels snow and performs other assigned tasks.
