Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior residential painting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of spray equipment and safety procedures (OSHA/MSDS).
• Proficiency with roller and brush, spray prep, and equipment repair is a plus.
• Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete at least one full apartment paint per day or two touch-ups; assist with other painting tasks as needed.
• Perform small drywall repairs and paint prep.
• Assist in daily paint shop opening/closing tasks.
• Maintain and service painting equipment; follow maintenance protocols.
• Report issues affecting schedule or timely completion of tasks.
