Astound in Maryland is hiring for a door-to-door residential outside sales role. You start with a base salary of $38,779 and can unlock uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially exceeding six figures based on performance.

Representing a top-tier internet provider, you will prospect residents and property managers, pursue daily leads, present solutions, and close sign-up orders in the Greater Maryland area. A valid license and self-motivation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face visits with residents and managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property details and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales stats to management.
• Stay up to date with competitive landscape in the market.
• Other duties as assigned.
