The State of Iowa is seeking a Residential Officer to support reentry efforts in a 24-hour community-based corrections facility. You will engage with clients to promote pro-social behavior and safety while delivering programming that reduces the risk of reoffending.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, conducting security checks, transporting clients, and applying behavior change techniques to facilitate lasting transformation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school, GED, or equivalency.

Responsibilities
