Job summary

EXR is seeking a full-time on-site Leasing/Project Manager for a marquee luxury development in the Bronx launching in 2026. The role includes managing leases, lease administration, residential leasing, client services, and marketing reporting.

Requires at least 3 years in leasing and project management of luxury new development and a current NYS real estate license. Upper Manhattan/Bronx market experience is a plus.

Job description

Exciting opportunity as a full-time on-site Leasing/Project Manager working directly for our developer client in what will be a marquee new development launch of 2026 in the Bronx. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing leases, lease administration, residential leasing, providing exceptional client services, and assisting with marketing reporting. This project will have overs 500 residential units.

Base salary plus commission. Must have at least 3 years experience in leasing and project management of luxury new development.

Must hold a current valid NYS real estate license.

Experience in the Upper Manhattan or Bronx rental market a huge plus

MUST have prior experience in project management for an initial luxury new development lease up.
