Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, has openings for New Construction Plumbers/Residential Plumbers. Experienced Plumbers or Helpers, Phase Specialists, Sewer Crew, Rough-In Specialists, and Three-Phase Plumbers are welcome to apply.

Compensation is piece-rate: $20-$60 per fixture on straight time and $30-$90 per fixture on overtime, with overtime pay mandated by law. Position requires work authorization in the United States on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screening.

Responsabilités

• Work is performed primarily on residential new construction job sites.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with plumbing teams on phases of construction.
