Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is hiring for residential new construction plumbing roles in Tampa, FL. We seek experienced plumbers and helpers to perform rough-in, top-out, trim, and final phase installations on new homes.

Candidates should have a Florida driver’s license, be punctual and reliable, and able to work independently or with a team. Pre-employment background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Plumbing or construction experience preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in residential new construction homes.
• Perform rough-in, top-out, trim, and final phase plumbing installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Install sewer and water lines according to code and company standards.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with quality craftsmanship.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, builders, and team members.
• Complete assigned paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
