The role requires knowledge of state codes, blueprint reading, and a valid driver’s license, with safety and quality at the forefront of every job. Qualifications

• Journeyman license preferred, or 5+ years of new home construction experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and install residential HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and cooling systems in residential new construction.
• Assist in training HVAC helpers.
• Read blueprints and ensure installations meet codes.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varied weather conditions.
