Job summary

Sobieski New Homes in Georgetown, DE is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to deliver quality heating and cooling installations for new homes.

You will help train HVAC helpers, work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime during peak periods, and enjoy a competitive wage based on experience and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 5+ years of new home construction experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces.
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and cooling systems in residential new construction to high quality standards.

Location: Georgetown

Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction.
