Job summary

Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic in Elizabeth City, NC.

You will install and startup heating and cooling systems in new homes, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with codes to support ongoing customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction.
• Valid driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces.
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics.
