Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months in inspections field preferred or experience as a 1099 contractor.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, insurance and pass a background check.
• U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Document findings with inspection software, take photos and report results.
• Complete inspections within timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with the account manager and maintain records.
• Travel to properties in Akron, OH and surrounding counties as needed.
