Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector in Covington, IN. This contractor role involves independent work to inspect residential properties, confirm occupancy status, and deliver reports with thorough documentation.

You will use inspection software, take photos, and interact professionally with the account manager to meet timelines. The position offers a per-inspection fee ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, with the freedom to set your own schedule and work

Qualifications

• Experience in default mortgage inspections is required.
• Proficient communication and professional interaction with clients.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with InspectorADE is preferred.
• US citizen or Green Card holder; willing to obtain background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to determine occupancy status.
• Take photos and document findings using inspection software.
• Deliver delinquency letters and report results to account manager.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Travel to Covington, IN and surrounding counties as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
