Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our team in Troy, OH. This contractor position involves conducting inspections on residential properties to confirm occupancy status, working independently with flexible hours and earning $25–$35 per hour depending on location and volume.

Qualifications

• 6 months in inspections field preferred.
• Experience as a 1099 contractor is a plus.
• Must pass background check to obtain Aspen Grove number.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Document findings using inspection software and take photos.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with account manager.
• Maintain records and stay compliant with regulations.
• Travel to Troy, OH and surrounding counties as needed.
