Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license as per policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted in line with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and vendors while following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, common areas, parking facilities and perimeters.
• Respond calmly to incidents and access concerns following site protocols.
• Monitor entry points and report maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports in line with company and site requirements.
