Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years knowledge and experience working with persons with severe mental illness.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high typing speed.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for residential clients.
• Provide transportation to clients as needed.
• Ensure clients know their schedules and attend appointments.
• Perform day-to-day housekeeping and light cleaning.
• Attend outings and activities with clients and socialize daily.
• Complete clinical notes for every shift.
• Collaborate with PACT teams and enforce behavioral plans.
• Review staff log daily and perform shift opening/closing tasks.
• Observe medication administration.
