Job summary

CMHA-CEI is seeking a Residential Services Assistant to support adults with severe mental illness in a residential setting in Lansing, MI. You will implement care plans, assist with daily living skills, and provide transportation to activities and appointments.

The role requires teamwork, documentation, and ability to handle crisis situations, with mandatory training provided through CMHA-CEI. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Crisis intervention as needed.

Responsibilities
