Job summary

Radias Health is seeking full-time and part-time Mental Health Counselors to join the Residential Support Services Program. You’ll work in a home-like setting, supporting adults with mental illness and substance use disorders, building rapport, and assisting with treatment plans.

Responsibilities include direct client care, medication administration under nurse supervision, care coordination, activity planning, and safety supervision. Positions are fully onsite across multiple Minnesota counties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have car, auto insurance, and valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: 2,000 hours experience with mental illness.
• Preferred: 2,000 hours in corporate adult foster care.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and respectful care to all clients.
• Interact with clients to socialize and build rapport.
• Monitor clients per care plans.
• Administer medications under nurse supervision.
• Plan meals, activities, and client transportation as needed.
