Cascadia Health is seeking a Residential Medication Services Manager to lead medication practices across residential programs in the Portland area. The role ensures compliant medication administration, oversees MARs and EHRs, and coordinates with pharmacy partners to maintain continuity of care.

You will promote trauma-informed care, supervise coordinators and staff, and drive quality improvements in systems and processes while aligning with Cascadia’s mission and values.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of direct social services experience.
• Minimum five years in community mental health or related field.
• Two years of medication administration experience.
• Supervisory experience and driving required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee medication services across residential programs to ensure safe administration.
• Manage medication services operations, including staffing and workflows.
• Develop and maintain QA processes including MARs, EHRs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with pharmacy partners for refills and changes.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and performance oversight.
• Promote trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices.
