Qualifications
- Master's degree in mathematics or related field with strong math background.
- 18 graduate credits in mathematics or related subjects.
- Two years of experience teaching higher-level math.
- Experience with OER and teaching technologies.
- Ability to use AI tools to support instruction.
Responsibilities
- Teaches mathematics courses across the curriculum from Algebra to Differential Equations.
- Develops syllabi, outlines, instructional materials, and resources.
- Evaluates student progress via exams, projects, and assessments.
- Maintains office hours to support students.
- Engages in professional development and uses AI tools to enhance teaching.
- Contributes to departmental and campus initiatives and STEAM programs.
