Job summary

Test of Time Plumbing Heating Air & Electrical is seeking a Residential Master Electrician to join a team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and customer care. You will oversee residential service, repairs, and installations while mentoring fellow technicians and upholding safety and code standards.

Strong leadership, a Master Electrician license, and HVAC experience are preferred. Compensation is hourly with benefits, and after-hours on-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license required.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

We're growing our residential electrical team and looking for a Master Electrician who enjoys solving problems, helping homeowners, and sharing knowledge with fellow technicians.

Compensation:

$50-$60 per hour based on experience

Your Role

You’ll handle residential electrical service, repairs, and installations while helping maintain high standards across the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding the cause of electrical problems and completing dependable repairs
• Installing and upgrading wiring, lighting, electrical components, and residential systems
• Explaining findings and service options clearly so homeowners can make informed decisions
• Reviewing installations and completed work for quality, safety, and code compliance
• Using schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to plan and complete work
• Supporting other technicians by sharing technical knowledge and providing guidance
• Following applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and company procedures

What We're Looking For

• An active Master Electrician license
• Demonstrated leadership experience and a willingness to help others develop
• Experience working with HVAC systems
• Confidence reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong customer communication and troubleshooting skills
• A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our vehicle insurance
