Job summary

Keefe's A/C, Heating, and Electrical in Harvey, LA is seeking a Master Electrician to diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience.
• Valid and current Master Electrician License required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, upgrades, and panel installations.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Serve as a knowledgeable electrical resource for customers, technicians, and management.
• Educate customers on electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Accurately bid, sell, and negotiate residential electrical jobs.
• Read and interpret electrical plans and wiring schematics.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, managers, customers, and installation teams.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Keep inventory up to date and communicate equipment or material needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable electrical codes.
