New Haven, a leading residential treatment center for adolescent girls, is seeking a house leader to direct and inspire mentors and staff. You will collaborate with HR to hire, train, and support a team delivering trauma-informed care in a home-like campus setting in Utah.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree preferred, 2 years in a similar setting preferred, 21+ with a clean driving record, and passing drug/background checks. Salary ranges from $57k to $62k per year.
