Job summary

Arrowhead West, Inc. is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee residential homes, lead staff, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality services to individuals supported.

You will manage daily operations, recruit and coach staff, maintain CARF and licensing standards, and partner with leadership to create safe, person-centered homes in Pratt, Kansas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or management (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in human services; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
