Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Supervise and maintain a positive team of well-trained employees.
• Ensure compliance with agency directives and licensing standards.
• Provides training and constructive feedback to employees
• Implements therapy, training and behavior plans and collects data per individual plans
• Ensures home offers choice and activities in a positive, person-directed environment
• Monitors compliance with agency directives, licensing standards, and policies
• Ensures homes, outside areas and vehicles are well maintained and organized
• Communicates effectively in English with staff regarding medical care and services
• Performs other duties as assigned
