  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Adequate physical, mental, and emotional stability to meet job responsibilities in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Job-related certification(s)/trainings, as deemed necessary by Great Livin' LLC and/or the state of New Mexico.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.

Minimum Experience Manager/Supervisor

Effectively and efficiently manage the operations of the homes assigned. In collaboration with the Program Managers and the Interdisciplinary TEAM (IDT) this includes providing for the health, welfare, and safety of the individuals residing in the home.

House Managers are responsible to ensure staff are well trained and competent to care for and support the individuals in the home, ensure timely completion of documentation, complete regular audits of the home/vehicle and ensure the safety of the environment, oversee that client's health care needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must have good organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have or gain a general understanding of the DD Waiver / Mi Via Waiver
  • Communicate in a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, individuals, and stakeholders.
  • Able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without hands-on supervision.
