Job summary

Trinity Management, LLC in Lawrence, MA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance across residential communities. You will handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to resident requests to keep properties safe, clean, and well-maintained.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, independent work, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, or property management environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and provide effective solutions.
• EPA Certification and HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and appliances.
• Complete work orders promptly while maintaining customer service standards.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and turnovers with inspections and repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce future repairs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and building systems.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for large repairs.
• Ensure safety regulations and building codes compliance.
• Document work performed, materials used, and updates.
• Communicate with management, vendors, and residents.
