BMOC Inc. is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. You will work with our property management team to keep buildings safe, functional, and well cared for.

The role is part-time (approx. 25 hours per week) with a base hourly pay of $20–$24, plus eligibility for a year-end bonus based on profitability and performance. A background check is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance or handyman experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing, appliance, and general repairs
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining quality living spaces
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties

Responsabilités

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Perform common repairs including plumbing fixes, faucet replacements, minor appliance troubleshooting, and similar tasks
• Complete minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and small replacements within units and common areas
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the property, including common areas and exterior upkeep
• Replace fixtures and small parts as needed throughout the property
• Assist with furniture movement or replacements when necessary
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
