Omega Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Reserves at South Lake in Grinnell, IA. This part-time role involves general maintenance repairs and preventive tasks to keep interiors, exteriors, and the site in good condition.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and about a year of related maintenance experience or formal training. A valid driver’s license and insurance are also required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school is required.
• Reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license, and current liability insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
• Maintain cleaned and repaired condition of interiors, exteriors, and site.
• Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear company-approved attire with ID badge.
• Provide customer service to residents/tenants and support positive relations.
