Job summary

Place 2B Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to service residential properties in Salem/Keizer and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates must have at least two years of property maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs, and excellent communication skills. Additional benefits include dental, health, and vision insurance, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement. On-call duties required for property emergencies. Must reside within driving distance of Salem, OR.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ property maintenance experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must have reliable means of transportation and valid driver’s license in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance functions including electrical and plumbing.
• Complete Apartment Turnovers within budget and on schedule.
• Inspect property grounds; identify issues requiring maintenance.
