Pratum Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and complete service requests across our residential properties.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance tasks, work on-call shifts, and coordinate with tenants and staff to maintain safe, well‑functioning buildings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as residential property maintenance technician.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Ability to communicate with tenants and staff clearly.
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Make-ready procedures: paint, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical fixtures, repair or replace parts.
• Preventative maintenance and regular inspections of grounds and buildings.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform snow removal as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
