Job summary

Mayroad is seeking a Maintenance Technician Generalist to diagnose and repair residential properties and related assets across its military housing portfolio, including community facilities. The role covers multiple skilled trades with duties that may include HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and cleaning as assigned, on busy installations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid REAL-ID driver’s license, and a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience may offset.
• Ability to pass background check to access Air Force installation.
• Valid, unrestricted REAL-ID driver’s license required.
• Experience in residential maintenance across multiple trades.
• Must have a personal vehicle and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential properties and assets.
• Perform trades tasks: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC where applicable.
• Work in non-climate-controlled environments with PPE.
• Ensure safety and compliance while on Air Force installations.
