Job summary

Mayroad is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician Generalist to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential properties and related community assets across varied locations including military housing.

The role requires background checks, a valid Real-ID license, and EPA 608 HVAC or steam experience depending on site. Candidates should have strong English communication and a car/phone for on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience can offset.
• Pass a state/federal background check for Air Force access.
• Pass a 12-panel pre-employment drug test.
• Valid REAL-ID driver’s license required to drive on base.
• Read, understand, and communicate work details in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential properties and Mayroad assets.
• Perform trades across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems as required by location.
• Operate safely in non-climate-controlled environments with PPE.
