Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to preserve the physical integrity of our multi-family properties. You will tackle work orders, perform make-readies, and maintain grounds and common areas while keeping a safe, organized shop and accurate parts lists.

You will rotate nights and weekends as needed, with a customer-service mindset toward residents, staff and vendors. We offer competitive pay, 401(k) with match, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Complete make-readies and maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep shop organized.
• Provide a weekly parts and materials list.
• Assist in emergency coverage with team members.
• Maintain safety policies and interact professionally with residents and vendors.
