Qualifications

• Maintenance Technician I’s must possess at least three (3) of the documented skills listed below.
• Examples include: plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, or related trades.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Vacant Unit Make-Ready: perform painting, minor plumbing, electrical, appliance and carpentry repairs to ready units for new move-ins.
• Manage and close work orders in a timely manner and communicate status to supervisor and office staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and units to identify deficiencies and address concerns with the team.
• Provide reliable customer service and support to residents, going above and beyond expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
