Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Bellevue, WA. You will perform high-quality maintenance across single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service.

You’ll handle multiple trades, educate residents on home systems, and help keep properties in top condition with ProCare visits and proactive upkeep. A valid license and OSHA 10 are required, with certifications as added value.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5+ years’ proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance.
• OSHA 10 certification required with 90 days to complete if not already certified.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and protect residents’ property.
• Perform ProCare visits and schedule follow-up maintenance with residents.
• Educate residents on home systems and resident responsibilities.
• Inspect properties and notify management of urgent issues.
• Use company tools, apps, and vehicles safely and effectively.
