Job summary

The Drake at Deerwood, an American Landmark Apartments community in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I to ensure efficient operation of the property under supervision.

You’ll perform daily repairs, prep vacant units for occupancy, manage supplies, and respond promptly to resident requests, contributing to AL’s award-winning work-life balance and culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician.
• Electrical & plumbing skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Irrigation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Responsive, courteous, and efficient in handling resident requests.
