Job summary

Dominium Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Landon Trace Townhomes in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on keeping the property well-maintained to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents, with a mix of preventative and responsive maintenance.

You will inspect units, handle repairs, assist with vacant units, and work to uphold safety standards while supporting a positive community environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Help prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
