Fairfield Property Management in Winnsboro, LA seeks a motivated Maintenance Technician to service our 50-unit residential properties and uphold high-quality standards. You will address service requests promptly, perform carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks, and support grounds and common area upkeep.

As a full-time role averaging 35 hours per week, the position requires HVAC certification and flexibility to respond to on-call calls, with a valid driver’s license and reliable

Formación

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience on a residential property preferred.
• HVAC Certification required or preferred.
• Ability to work on-call and respond promptly to calls.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general maintenance duties for property upkeep.
• Responds to resident work orders.
• Performs carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Repairs appliances, HVAC units, ceiling fans, refrigerators, etc.
• Installs sheetrock and paints vacant or occupied apartments.
• Supports grounds maintenance, including pool upkeep and pressure washing.
