Ambo Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep and repair of apartment units and common areas in our communities. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance tasks with attention to safety and resident service.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in property maintenance, and the ability to use hand and power tools. You must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to work weekends or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs of apartments and common areas.
• Grounds upkeep and trash out as needed.
• Routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Emergency maintenance on-call as needed.
