Smoker Property Management LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential rental properties and company facilities throughout Lancaster County and surrounding areas. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping properties in excellent condition, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic hand and power tools necessary for routine maintenance work.
• Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders professionally and in a timely manner.
• Perform general repairs, including basic electrical work, plumbing repairs, carpentry and drywall repairs, painting and touch-ups.
• General property maintenance.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future repair needs.
• Assist with exterior property upkeep and seasonal maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Respond to occasional after-hours emergency maintenance calls when necessary.
