Lions Head Woods Condominium Assoc is seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker in Lakewood, NJ. The role involves maintaining residential homes, community buildings, and common areas, with a focus on safety, appearance, and functionality.

You will address repairs, perform inspections, and manage work orders using a tablet and CMMS. The ideal candidate has handyman skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience with residential maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or facilities maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem solving.
• Experience with exterior residential repairs.
• General knowledge of carpentry, painting, and residential maintenance.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device to manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and general community cleanup.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform residential and exterior repairs (gable vent, siding, soffit/fascia, gutters, carpentry, painting).
• Safely operate hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Receive, update, and close work orders using a tablet and CMMS.
• Maintain records of completed work and assist with preventive maintenance.
