Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Technician for our Overland Park community. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure residents enjoy a safe, well‑maintained living environment with responsive service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property or related fields.
• Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; report items needing attention.
