Job summary

Bigos Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III at Cedars Lakeside in Little Canada, MN. The role supports the Property Manager with rent-ready units, preventive maintenance, and hands-on repairs to preserve property standards and compliance.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with limited on-call nights and weekends. Compensation ranges from $23 to $27 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package starting the first month after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree or certification in mechanical, HVAC, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 1+ years in residential maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, building systems.
• Certified Pool Operators License, Special Boiler's License and Type II Refrigerant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work order requests.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, boilers) and perform repairs.
• Assist Property Manager with unit-to-unit inspections.
• Perform site-level preventative maintenance duties.
• Coordinate with engineers on major repairs and projects.
• Collaborate with vendors on maintenance projects.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Report unusual or high-priority issues to Property Manager.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks as needed and snow removal in winter.
• Attend required trainings and safety programs.
