Qualifications
1+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential apartment setting.
Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Must travel between sites with reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Complete all maintenance work order requests.
Monitor and maintain building systems: HVAC, Plumbing, Boilers.
Assist in unit-to-unit inspections and preventive maintenance duties.
