Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential apartment setting.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Must travel between sites with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work order requests.
• Monitor and maintain building systems: HVAC, Plumbing, Boilers.
• Assist in unit-to-unit inspections and preventive maintenance duties.
