Job summary

Fiduciary Real Estate Development is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician at The Valley View Apartments in Madison, WI. You will address a range of residential service requests, perform repairs to prepare vacant units, and maintain property equipment.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to train on safety regulations. You will work a day shift, with on-call rotation, and participate in bonus incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills for residents and vendors.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Willingness to attend training sessions and obtain certifications as needed.
• Adherence to OSHA/Safety regulations and fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and promptly address a range of residential service requests.
• Prepare vacant apartments by performing repairs to return units to market readiness.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Assist in preventative maintenance to reduce costly breakdowns.
• Perform on-call emergency repairs during rotation.
