Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Proficiency with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and grounds, including interior/exterior areas, grounds, walkways, and parking lots.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply finishes as needed.
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain doors, hardware, and routine systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Operate hand and power tools and follow safety guidelines.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and communicate clearly with residents and staff.
