Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to support our Camp Hill, PA properties. You will prepare apartments for occupancy, handle maintenance requests, and assist with repairs across electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting tasks.

Role includes pool maintenance support, snow removal as needed, inventory control, and ensuring a clean, safe community. On-call rotation is required; a valid driver’s license and basic tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Minimum of 2 years’ residential property maintenance and/or handyman experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred but not required.
• Must possess all basic hand tools to perform service duties.
• Must be able to work assigned rotational on-call.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments prior to resident occupancy and participate in maintenance work orders.
• Complete property work orders: electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting.
• Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, disposals, fixtures, appliances.
• Assist with pool maintenance as needed.
• Shovel snow and ice as needed.
• Manage stock control for materials and maintain tidy maintenance shop.
• Ensure residents have a clean, safe, well‑maintained community.
• Assist in rotational on-call duties.

The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the overall maintenance of assigned residential properties. We are looking for a technician with our Brooks Edge team located in Camp Hill, PA.

• Responsible for preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy and participates in maintenance projects/work orders as directed.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Minimum of 2 years’ residential property maintenance and/or handywork experience is required
• Experience in maintenance for a property management company is highly preferred but not required
• Must be able to work assigned rotational on-call
• HVAC/EPA Certification is highly preferred but not required
• Must possess all basic hand tools to perform service duties
• Basic computer proficiency, including smartphones and tablets
• Must be a strong team player and have the ability to work independently or with others on assigned tasks
• Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
