Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Leasing Associate to be the first contact for prospective residents in Camp Hill, PA. You will guide applicants through the rental process, provide excellent customer service, and support day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the Brooks Edge team.

Responsibilities include presenting homes, maintaining files, processing rent, and coordinating move-ins/outs, with opportunities for events and advertising support at properties.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Experience in direct customer service is required
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred
• Experience in residential leasing is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent computer and typing skills required
• Must be friendly and outgoing with good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Lease a rental home and guide applicants through the process
• Assist with events held at properties
• Present rental homes to prospects
• Maintain general office and lease files
• Collect and process monthly rent checks and deposits
• Provide resident follow up and retention
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections as needed

About The Position

The Leasing Associate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the rental process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations. We are looking to fill this position with our Brooks Edge team in Camp Hill, PA.

• Responsible for the initial steps of leasing a rental home.
• Assists with special events held at the properties.
• Presents rental homes to prospects.
• Maintain general office and lease files.
• Collects and processes monthly rent checks and deposits.
• Provides resident follow up and retention.
• Performs move-in and move-out inspections as needed.
• Assists in preparing maintenance service request submissions for residents.
• Assists in marketing rental homes through preparation of advertising materials.

Requirements
