Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC (if applicable).
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Effective communication in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work weekends and be on-call for emergencies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Smartphone required for work with security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests.
