Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various issues within our residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential settings to assess repair needs
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Complete reports and work orders accurately
• Assist with repairs to improve residential settings for current or future tenants
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime during repairs
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to maintenance

Requirements

• Professional appearance and etiquette
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to understand complex systems
• Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks and schedules
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical troubleshooting approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Pay

• First Shift, Monday - Friday
• $18 - $21 per hour
